Registration and Enrollment Completion
Welcome to Beasley Magnet Academic Center. We are excited that you have chosen Beasley as your school choice. We look forward to your partnership and engagement in all aspects of your child(ren's) education. After accepting your seat through the GoCps portal, you will need to come in person to complete enrollment into the school. New student enrollment weeks are Monday-Friday, July 8th-July 19th, 2024. Summer hours are 9:00 am-2:00 pm.
Acceptable documents that you must bring: (1 from each section)
Proof of Residency:
- Illinois Driver’s License or State I.D.
- 2 Current Utility Bills
- Deed, Mortgage or Current Lease
- Voter Registration and 1 Original Utility Bill
- Illinois Department of Public Aid
- Medicaid Card
Proof of Age:
- Child’s Original Birth Certificate
- Passport
- State Issued Medical Card
Proof Of Income: (Pre-K only)
- W-2 Form/1040
- 2 Current Check Stubs
- Unemployment Letter
- Income Verification Form (Cash or No Income)
