The graduation fee is $85.00.
The graduation fee includes the following:
1. Cap, gown & medallion pins: $30.00
2. Ribbons, diploma cover & pins: $10.00
3. Tickets, printing costs of programs bus transportation & decorations: $25.00
4. Graduation ceremony facility rental fee: $20.00
Total Cost: $85.00
Please be aware that the AUTOGRAPH BOOKS and THE LUNCHEON/RIBBON PINNING CEREMONY COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED in the above fees. They are optional. The autograph book is $10.00 and the luncheon fee is $28.00 for students & guests. The graduation fee deadline date is Spring Report Card Pick-Up Wednesday, April 6, 2011 – NO EXCEPTIONS, PLEASE! The Luncheon and Ribbon Pinning ceremony detailed information letter is attached.
To Pay for 8th Grade Graduation Fee, send your payment(s): Mondays - Thursdays ONLY. Please send Cashier's Checks or Money Orders ONLY! NO Personal Checks/NO Cash. Make Payable To: Beasley Academic Center
