John Lawrence (JL) Jordan III’s Bio: JL serves as Managing Partner of the entertainment marketing consulting firm, Jordan & Marks Enterprises. JL Jordan III and Adam Jordan Marks founded Jordan & Marks Enterprises in 2007. Their client base encompasses a wide range of industries from Global 500 companies to local social service organizations. The Jordan & Marks Enterprises service offering has broadened to include identity, print, environmental design and technology consulting. As a mid-size company, they can respond quickly and creatively to their clients' needs. Before accepting his post at the Atomic Testing Museum, he served as Director of Corporate Communications for the IDC philanthropic fundraising firm headquartered in Henderson, Nevada, also and provided marketing, operations, public relations, and entertainment consulting for Krave Entertainment, LLC, owner of Krave Nightclub in Las Vegas. JL’s diverse marketing and advertising background includes work with Left Right Marketing Technology's (LRMK), CrazyGrazer.com Customer Care and Call Center Operations, and Hall Communications, as well as developing brands for a diverse line of products and companies including General Motors, Prudential Insurance Company of America, Michelin Tires Worldwide, Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Hershey, Ambi Skin Care and Volkswagen. Prior to joining LRMK, JL was Board Secretary-Treasurer and Vice President, Administration and Operations for Carepanion/CareTouch, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Kaiser Foundation Hospitals. JL studied Industrial Marketing and Industrial Management at Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh, PA. He holds a Certificate of Leadership Training from the University of Notre Dame and has National Certification in Mediation from The Pittsburgh Mediation Center in Pennsylvania. Community service is important to JL & he served as past Chairman of the Public Service Committee and Executive Director of the Greater Las Vegas Advertising Federation Board of Directors. He also served on the Board of Directors of Family Support Services in the Bay Area. Originally from the Chicago area, in his free time JL enjoys writing. He has been a featured celebrity/gossip columnist in the highly successful monthly publication QVegas Magazine and on the women’s lifestyle and fashion web site, RoxanneMagazine.com. JL also enjoys traveling with his life partner Adam Jordan Marks and a good glass of wine.
